I'm experiencing an issue when opening a particular app

If you are encountering unexpected behavior when opening a particular app through Dumb Phone, we recommend setting the app to open via Dumb Phone's Open App Assistant.

This will avoid any unintended behavior when attempting to open another app outside of tapping its app icon.

How to link an app to the assistant

  1. Open Dumb Phone → Launcher Apps screen
  2. Having already selected the app, tap the three dots to the right of it → Open App Method → Use Assistant

Then, follow the accompanying set up steps, which should take a few minutes, and the app will open normally when selected from the Home Screen.
