Extra 11: How do I set up Detox Mode?

Instructions

1. Open Dumb Phone and tap the "Detox" button

   

2. Select "Set Up Detox Mode" at the bottom

   

3. Configure Detox Mode by tapping "Select"

   

4. Choose apps to block from the picker, then tap Save

   • You can block by category, or individually by tapping the arrow to expand the category

     

5. Turn on Detox Mode by tapping "Start Detox" to initiate app blocking
