Why are my widgets blank?
💡 This is a known bug in iOS that rarely occurs.
If your Dumb Phone widgets seem to exhibit the following behavior and aren't displaying content or your list of essential apps;
- they appear blank
- they appear blank while scrolling
- they appear blank with black coloured background
... please restart your iPhone, which should fix this.
If the widgets continue to experience issues after restarting, you can re-add them to the Home Screen. Please also ensure you have updated to the latest version of Dumb Phone.
If you expect to see a list of your essential apps, please confirm you have also added the "Page" widget, instead of the "Spacer" widget. Review the related article below with steps to do this.
Ultimately reinstalling Dumb Phone should solve this issue, but we recommend attempting the above remedies first to avoid the re-setup process.
