How can I hide the widget outline when scrolling?

The widget swiping/scrolling outline behavior is controlled by iOS.

Unfortunately Apple doesn't offer a way to hide it or adjust its visibility, however the outline is much less prominent when paired with Dumb Phone's Minimal Light style.
