I am receiving a Receipt Error when re-activating my paid upgrade

  1. Restart your iPhone and select Restore Purchase again on the upgrade screen
  2. If this fails, attempt to re-purchase again
    • You should see an alert that you’ve previously purchased it, and it will be applied.
    • You won’t be charged a second time. The App Store prevents re-purchasing the same active “Pro” upgrade.
  3. If you are still experiencing issues, please ensure you've updated to the latest version of iOS.
